You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued once your item has been received and we determine that it is not damaged or used. 

Please be aware that once we issue your refund, it will take 3-7 business days for the banks to release your funds.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless it is determined that the return is the result of our error and a return shipping label has been provided by Sk8Gear.
